if you are concerned for physical appearance of product with with latest design and don’t mind spending ( wasting ) more than double of amount getting somewhat low capabilities of the product ( Laptop), You should refrain from buying refurbished laptop and go for new one.
We provide 10 days of return for all our products. Once product is delivered to your address, You can request for return within 10 days of delivery of your product. Please note, forward courier charge is paid by us where as in case of return, customer has to use reliable shipping partner to send back the product in their original packaging with any tags, accessories etc. courier cost will be paid by customer during the return process.
We provide 1 year of comprehensive warranty for all our products. Comprehensive warranty includes only service charge and if any parts need to be changed or replaced, that is paid by customer.
To avail the warranty process, you have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You have to pay minimum charge that will cover the cost of the parts having issue and send the product to us and we will repair the product and send back to you.
In rare cases, sometime if parts are not available with us for any particular product, in that case we will not be able to provide warranty provide warranty but we can suggest you 3rd party services to avail warranty.
Since we provide paid warranty service to our customers most of the parts are covered and Only outer panel/body part is not covered under warranty. Please note, body /panel parts are not covered under warranty and we will not be responsible for any damage during courier transit of the product. So we request you to use reliable courier service to send the product in original packaging.
Please note, we do not entertain warranty if the product is mis-used or there is any burning sign etc. so only manufactured defects are covered under warranty.
We sell refurbished products. In GST regime there is different scenario for refurbished product as per GST section 32(5) . We use marginal scheme, so we provide Bill of supply and not GST invoice for all our retail sales. Input credit is not possible in case of marginal scheme.
We provide GST invoice to only wholesale customers who have made payment to our current account directly as per their respective purchase order sent by them.

Yes. All our laptops are already configured Genuine operating system Windows 10 and for some of the products we provide option of LInux operating system. If you need specific version of windows , you have to contact email@example.com with your order ID and request for specific version.
All licenses are OEM ( original equipment manufactures) . As per the policy, all products licenses are valid for lifetime but we can’t generate or send any licenses to anyone in future.

Most of our products reach within 3 days to customer address. For some cases, it can take upto 5 days . Maximum delivery date is 10 days from order placed. During this time, if there is further delay in delivery of product, we will automatically refund your payment to same method you using while placing the order.
Once we dispatch the product & provide you with tracking ID. It means that shipment has left our warehouse on the day tracking Id provided. For any logistic related issue on delivery , Non received of product etc please contact shiprocket customer care with below details-

if you have not received the product despite being provided with tracking details, once contacted we will do our internal investigation with the help of videography ( for example- CCTV), photography ( at the time of pickup) and provide the same to shiprocket team . shiprocket team will carry investigation and provide you with update. Courier companies found any fraudulent activity, shipping partner can approach to nearest police station for further investigation.
